6.1. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure that their listings are accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their products and services.

6.2. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must review all product and service details before making a purchase.
  • Buyers must make payment for their orders in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase.

6.3. Payments

  • All payments made through our platform are processed securely. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
  • Vendors are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their sales.

6.4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual Vendor. Buyers should review these policies before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use our Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EVE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
